SALES ADMINISTRATOR – STREET COURT, NEAR LEOMINSTER

The HR Smith Group, a world leader in airborne antennas, search & rescue equipment and aerospace electronics, has the following vacancy for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a sales environment and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace at our Head Quarters near Kingsland, Herefordshire.
Working within the highly successful Sales and Marketing Department.

Role Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming orders.
- Sending outgoing quotations.
- Handling general customer enquiries.
- Liaising with the company’s Shipping, Repairs and Production Departments.
Useful Experience:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- 3 years + sales administration experience.
- Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Full time position. Salary commensurate with experience.
- Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
- Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, hybrid (working from home) arrangements are not available.
